Job summary

NetVendor is seeking a manager to own the performance of the Document Processing team and lead the Processing Supervisors who run it daily. This leader-of-leaders role sets operating standards and KPIs, develops Supervisors into stronger managers, and drives efficiency, quality, and retention as the function scales with the business.

The role requires on-site work at the Tualatin, Oregon office during initial training; after which, remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through others, managing supervisors or team leads.
• Analytical and data-driven approach with KPIs and operational data decisions.
• Demonstrated change management skills, able to roll out tools and processes widely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in insurance, compliance, or credentialing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Processing Supervisors and cascade department goals.
• Own staffing strategy, capacity planning, and workload balancing across shifts.
• Drive engagement and retention through succession planning and recognition.
• Set and monitor service level targets and operating standards for the department.
• Define KPI framework and reporting cadence; analyze trends and forecast demand.
• Sponsor new tools and processes and partner with cross-function teams to fix root causes.
