Job summary

NetVendor is seeking a Manager to own the performance of the Document Processing team and lead Processing Supervisors who run it day to day. You will set operating standards, drive efficiency, and develop Supervisors into strong people managers.

Initially on-site for training, the role transitions to hybrid/remote while overseeing a distributed team across time zones. The candidate will have a proven track record of improving throughput, quality, and retention in high-volume processing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years in document processing or shared-services
2+ years managing people leaders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading remote teams a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Processing Supervisors, setting clear expectations and cascading department goals
Own staffing strategy, capacity planning, and workload balancing across shifts and queues
Set service level targets and monitor operating standards for the department
Define KPI framework: throughput, accuracy, turnaround time, cost per document
Sponsor implementation of new tools and processes and collaborate cross-functionally
