Qualifications

• 3 years of item processing or remote deposit operations experience.
• Knowledge of payment systems and Salesforce.
• Prior experience managing vendor or MSP-style partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own both the technical/product side of item processing and remote deposit implementations.
• Lead day-to-day operations for the Operations team.
• Partner with vendors and MSPs to align on delivery and SLAs.
• Make priority calls in high-impact member-facing situations.
