Job summary

Fathom in Round Rock, TX, seeks a Quality Document Control Specialist to manage and improve our document-control system, maintain DHRs, and support audits. The role collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance and keeps records accurate, retrievable, and audit-ready.

Requirements include 3–5 years in regulated manufacturing document control, familiarity with GDP, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of document control or quality-system experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Experience reviewing DHRs and controlled-document processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the document control system.
• Coordinate document creation, review, approval, release, and obsolescence.
• Maintain master document list and revision histories.
• Support audits by preparing records and responding to requests.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
