Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on document control or CM experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Proficiency with DMS, PLM/EDMS tools (Ingenuus, XA and SharePoint) and MS Office; comfort with PDFs.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining MS Access databases is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of change control processes and standards (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Clear, professional communication and strong customer‑service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer document control processes to support the full lifecycle for engineering, customer support, and quality documents.
• Maintain document repositories and configuration baselines in the approved PLM/EDMS (Ingenuus, XA, SharePoint) ensuring version accuracy, metadata integrity, and access permissions.
• Assign and manage document numbers, part numbers, and change identifiers in line with company standards and CM plans.
• Review Engineering Orders to ensure complete, correct, and compliant packages prior to release.
• Review/validate BOM, data entry in DMS, and handle document requests and media duplication.
• Perform configuration status accounting (CSA) and generate release document lists.
• Safeguard controlled records and support archival and retrieval processes.
