Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Rosenberg, TX is hiring a Document Control Specialist to manage the lifecycle of production and quality documents. You will oversee the document control database, release new and revised documents in Agile, and maintain the Quality Management System for electronic document distribution.

You will also organize engineering drawings, specifications, and reports, create distribution matrices, and support PPAP records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in administration, documentation, and/or project management.
• Strong typing and editing skills; excellent communication abilities; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document control: manage FW Murphy/Agile PLM records and revision status; support release of documents and audits.
• Engineering documentation: organize drawings, specs, and technical reports; maintain distribution lists in Agile.
• Team collaboration and training: ensure clear communication on document status; assist with internal/external audits and document queries.
