You will ensure documents are current, controlled, and compliant, with collaboration across engineering and product management. The position requires a formal degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in documentation or project administration, and strong MS Office/Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in administration, documentation, and/or project management.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with speed and accuracy in handling documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the document control database and revision status.
• Release new/revised documents through Agile; support audits.
• Maintain Quality Management System for electronic doc distribution in Agile PLM.
• Ensure records comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Train staff on document control procedures and use of systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other departments on doc needs.
