Job summary

Luster seeks Document Control Specialists to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects. You will own project record integrity, revision control, and strict document handling within an ISO 9001:2015 framework.

We welcome candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of document control experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and document management systems like SharePoint, Aconex, or Unifier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering, or information management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
