Qualifications

• 5+ years of document control or technical records experience.
• SharePoint proficiency.
• Adobe Acrobat Professional proficiency.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Knowledge of document registers, metadata, indexing and revision control.
• Experience with project turnover and closeout documentation.
• MOC/PSI documentation experience preferred.
• SmartPlant / Hexagon SDx2 experience preferred.
• MOC and PSI documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and control engineering and technical documentation.
• Maintain document registers, revision history, and document status.
• Scan, index, archive, and retrieve controlled records.
• Coordinate engineering and contractor deliverables.
• Manage engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Support project documentation through turnover and closeout.
• Support audits and respond to documentation requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, EHSS, Projects, contractors and other stakeholders.
