Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Facilities Capital Document Controller to lead and evolve the document control strategy for a broad set of design, supplier and construction documentation. You will train staff, ensure timely handover packages to Technical Operations, and coordinate with US counterparts to maintain protocol and cost control.

You will drive system improvements, supervise the document control team, and document lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications

ISO 9001 and internal audit certifications preferred.
Experience as Document Controller on medium to large projects.
Knowledge of ACONEX and document management systems.
Strong mentoring and training abilities.
Construction-site experience desirable.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Fluent English communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead setup and management of document and information control systems for the project.
Coach and supervise project Administrators and Document Controllers.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper document distribution.
Log and distribute RFI and ensure audit trail.
Archive project files at completion.
Liaise with US counterparts.
