Job summary

Fleet Data Centers designs, builds and operates mega-scale data center campuses. The Senior Design Manager / Document Controller will oversee design coordination, documentation, and compliance across multiple regions, ensuring accurate deliverables and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• 8+ years in document control, with at least 5 years on mission critical projects and 3 years in design management.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, AutoDesk Docs, SmartSheets or similar document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team meetings for data center project delivery.
• Coordinate design reviews to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Monitor design milestones and ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Set up and manage documentation flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review documentation issued by the design team for accuracy.
• Develop and refine engineering document control standards and guidelines.
