Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Senior HotDocs Coding Specialist to design and implement automated document-generation solutions and to integrate Generative AI into daily workflows. You will support attorneys and business professionals by enabling AI-assisted drafting and automated document review while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Legal Studies, or related field.
Minimum five years of document automation experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
Proven ability to apply AI and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and implement automated templates and packages for legal documents (contracts, pleadings, client correspondence).
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Audit templates for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
Identify gaps in workflows and drive process improvements.
Maintain templates and update for formatting, branding, or policy changes.
Train and support staff on document automation tools.
