Proven ability to apply AI, automation, and related technologies to improve workflows and outcomes.
Experience with document templates and version control is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and implement complex automated templates and template packages for contracts, pleadings, and client correspondence.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated solutions.
Conduct routine audits of automated templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm and legal standards.
Assess current document workflows, identify gaps, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.
Maintain document templates and ensure they are current by updating to reflect changes in formatting, branding, or firm policy.
Train and support attorneys and business professionals on document automation tools and best practices.
