Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in document automation within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Proven ability to apply AI, automation, and related technologies to simplify and streamline workflows.
• Strong confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive documents.
• Familiarity with document management systems and version control.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement complex automated templates and template packages for key legal document types.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated solutions.
• Conduct routine audits of automated templates to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
• Assess current document workflows, identify gaps, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and update templates to reflect changes in formatting, branding, or policy.
• Train and support teams on document automation tools and best practices.
• Stay current on legal tech trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm-related information.
