Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks a DTT Lead to manage six WfFs and coordinate LVC-G training at Camp Atterbury, IN. Requires active Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in DoD/military environments.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, and ensuring synchronicity of the national training schedule. You will work with TUCs to adapt OPORDs and scenarios, maintain training calendars, and coordinate region-to-region surge support while supporting mission readiness

Qualifications

• Requires active DoD security clearance (Secret).
• Experience managing Live/Virtual/Constructive/Gaming (LVC-G) training.
• Strong familiarity with TRADOC doctrine and training OPORDs

Responsibilities

• Manages DTT of six WfFs, deployable as a DTT or multi-function team.
• Coordinates and executes Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming training events.
• Schedules training events and prepares training reports for MTC Staff.
• Maintains national training calendar and WRSM coordination.
• Acts as a senior operations liaison in the absence of the SM.
