Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a MCTT Lead to support our program at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. This full-time role involves training personnel and executing military simulation training according to Army standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and familiarity with all MCIS platforms.
• Certified and current with Army training doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Acts as MCTT Lead.
• Conducts formal and informal MCIS training during collective training events.
• Executes training on the system following approved course instructional times.
