A defense support services provider is seeking a Doctrinal Training Team Lead to manage teams supporting military training at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Qualifications

  • 12+ years of military or DoD experience required.
  • Experience managing and scheduling training activities is essential.
  • Proficient in producing training reports and maintaining calendars.

  • Coordination across regions and surge support.
  • Ability to produce training reports and maintain training calendars.
  • Leadership in the absence of the SM, coordinating with senior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage DTT teams supporting mission command training.
  • Collaborate to modify training scenarios for realistic outcomes.
  • Ensure DTT flexibility to support various military branches.
  • Maintain DTT flexibility to support low-density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
  • Collaborate with TUC to modify OPORDs or scenarios for realistic training events.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a DTT Lead to support our program at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Description

CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting defense and federal sector needs across various operational environments. We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role Will Make An Impact

  • Manage DTT teams supporting multiple WfFs, adaptable to specific training needs.
  • Support live and constructive mission command training.
  • Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensure TUCs are provided with the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios.
  • Maintain DTT flexibility to support low-density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
  • Collaborate with TUC to modify OPORDs or scenarios for realistic training events.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of military or DoD experience.
  • Experience managing and scheduling Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities.
  • Ability to synchronize the national training schedule.
  • Experience leading meetings such as WRSM.
  • Coordination skills across regions and surge support.
  • Ability to produce training reports and maintain training calendars.
  • Leadership in the absence of the SM, coordinating with senior staff.
