Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks a DTT Lead to manage six WfFs and tailor DTT to unit needs at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. The role supports live and constructive mission command training and ensures training OPORDs reflect latest doctrine.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in the DoD, plus an active Secret Clearance. You will synchronize national training calendars and mentor staff while coordinating regional surge support and reports.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required with DoD background.
• Minimum of 12 years military or DoD experience.
• Experience coordinating Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTT of six WfFs, deployable as DTT or multi-function teams.
• Support live and constructive mission command training.
• Maintain currency with TRADOC doctrine and provide updated OPORDs and scenarios.
• Coordinate region-to-region and surge support for training events.
• Plan training reports and maintain long-range training calendars.
• Act as a key leader in the absence of the SM and coordinate with senior staff.
