Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a DTT Lead to support our program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

Job Type: Full-time

Description: CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting defense and federal sector missions across various operational sites. This position depends on contract award.

How Role Will Make An Impact:

• Manage DTT teams supporting multiple units with flexible deployment options.
• Support live and constructive mission command training.
• Keep training material current with TRADOC doctrine and provide updated OPORDs and Scenarios to TUCs.
• Maintain team flexibility to support specialized branches such as chemical, aviation, engineers, etc.
• Collaborate with TUC to tailor training scenarios for realism and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of military or DoD experience.
• Experience managing and scheduling Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities.
• Ability to coordinate training schedules and resources across regions.
• Proficiency in preparing training reports and maintaining long-term training calendars.
• Leadership skills to act in the absence of senior staff.
