Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) at Fort Chaffee, AR, seeks a DTT Lead to manage live, virtual, constructive, and gaming training teams across multiple WfFs. The role requires an active Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 12 years of DoD or military experience.

You will synchronize national training schedules, run the Weekly Resource Synchronization Meeting, and coordinate regional surge support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 12 years of military or DoD experience.
• Manage and schedule all Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
• Synchronize the national training schedule and provide training reports to MTC Staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTT of six WfFs, deployable as DTT or multi-function teams.
• Run the Weekly Resource Synchronization Meeting (WRSM).
• Coordinate regional surge support to ensure events are properly resourced.
• Maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinate with leadership on events.
