The role collaborates with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to drive daily dock activities with accountability and customer service excellence. The position requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong communication, and the ability to manage trailer docking, yard flow, and process adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow processes, safety standards, and escalation protocols.
• Strong communication for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.

Aufgaben

• Lead dock and yard activities to ensure safe, efficient trailer movements.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and trailer sequencing.
• Monitor dock conditions and enforce stop-work when needed.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Maintain dock and yard organization per 7S standards.
• Document issues and communicate updates using Office or Google tools.
