Job summary

This hands-on role collaborates with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to meet daily priorities while upholding company standards. You'll monitor dock conditions, coordinate loading/unloading, and mentor peers, using Office tools to document issues and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow safety standards and escalation protocols.
• Strong communication with customer-facing and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.
