Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Yard & Dock Coordinator to lead dock-related activities and ensure safe, efficient trailer movements in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to execute daily tasks while upholding accountability and customer service excellence.

The role requires coordinating loading/unloading dock operations, monitoring conditions, and maintaining high standards of safety and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dock operations.
• Ability to follow defined processes and safety standards.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock activities and trailer movements to support daily priorities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for loading/unloading dock operations.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, and customer teams.
• Maintain dock and yard organization following 7S principles.
• Use MS Office and Google Suite to document updates and issues.
