A seasonal tourism company is seeking a Haines Dock Representative to facilitate operations at the Skagway ferry dock. Responsibilities include managing guest boarding, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Must be able to think nimbly and problem solve quickly.
• Prior office and/or tourism experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running daily operations including responding to emails and calls.
• Inspect facilities and check in outbound guests before ferry's arrival.
• Keep track of daily manifests and update season prelims.

Skills
