Responsibilities include assisting passengers and staff during shore excursions, managing ticket collections, and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment. A valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Must present a professional and friendly attitude while working in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
• Able to solve unique spontaneous problems regularly and make decisions quickly.
• Must pass a security background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure tours depart and arrive on time, meeting quality and customer service standards.
• Act as a liaison to shore excursion staff, assisting with sales and logistics.
• Collect tickets/vouchers as passengers board vessels and motor coaches.
