Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) is seeking a Dock Representative in Alaska to greet guests, provide tour information, and coordinate shore excursion logistics at the cruise ship docks in Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka and Skagway.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. You will assist with reservations, tickets and routine admin while supporting cruise line staff and tour operators.

Responsibilities

• Meet guests pier side to provide introductory information on tours and guide guests.
• Greet and dispatch tour guests on the cruise ship dock.
• Manage daily tour counts, tour tickets and invoice settlements with shore excursion managers.
• Handle office tasks including administrative duties, reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of Alaska Travel Adventures’ financial information.
• Promote growth of tour sales with cruise line personnel.
• Communicate updates via email, phone and handheld radio.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Positions available in Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka and Skagway.
