Responsibilities include dispatch, ticket validation, and daily reporting, while maintaining professional guest service and a proactive sales attitude. Requires strong communication and ability to work outdoors in Alaska conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock and office operations to ensure tours depart on time
• Respond to calls and emails from ships, guests, and coworkers
• Maintain daily tour dispatch sheets and inventories
• Greet guests and sell tour options when possible
• Liaise with cruise ships and shore excursions staff
• Collect and verify guests' tickets at the end of the day
• Provide accurate tour information and resolve issues
• Keep office clean and organized throughout the day
• Notify partner tour companies of available space
• Record and report daily tour information to stakeholders
