Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, Freedom Boat Club, is seeking a Dock Master to lead the dock team, ensure vessel readiness, and deliver exceptional member experiences at our Florida location. You will coach Dock Hands, monitor daily operations, and coordinate staffing while maintaining safety and fleet standards.

The role emphasizes outdoor marina work, hands-on boat maintenance, and strong customer service. A high school diploma is required with preferred boating experience; Fleetio usage and tablet

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets and use Fleetio for operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Dock Hands, coordinate dock activities and ensure readiness of vessels.
Provide staffing recommendations and assist with scheduling.
Train new Dock Hands on safety, policies, and processes.
Maintain vessel cleanliness, fueling, and overall fleet presentation.
Serve as initial contact for member concerns and service recovery.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and operational procedures.
