Job summary

The Raymond Corporation in Naperville is seeking a Dock & Door Technician with 1-3 years of dock and door experience to join our team in the Naperville territory. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule and travel time compensation.

You will perform scheduled maintenance and simple repairs on dock doors, levelers, locks, and related equipment, while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. A comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• 1–3 years of Dock & Door experience or related field.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and OEM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits professional demeanor and delivers high-quality customer service.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on docks and doors per OEM manuals and company policies.
• Performs minor repairs to ensure uptime and reliability of equipment.
• Communicates effectively with team leads about follow-up repairs.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping standards at customer sites.
