Associated is seeking a Dock & Door Technician to service and repair dock equipment across Madison, Milwaukee, and Janesville territories. Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years mechanical/electrical/hydraulic experience.
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication.
• Able to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong safety and procedural compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and simple repairs on dock equipment (doors, levelers, locks) in a timely, thorough manner.
• Communicate effectively with Team Lead or technicians for follow-ups.
• Maintain safety and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
• Open/close work orders and document work performed accurately.
• Keep tools and service truck organized and in good condition.
