You will ensure accurate lien perfection, manage ELT systems, and maintain compliance with multi-state regulations. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of vehicle title administration, DMV processing, collateral administration, or related financial services experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organization and time management in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of consumer lending title administration activities.
• Process titles, lien recordings, registrations, transfers, and releases across U.S. jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely lien perfection and collateral documentation.
• Track and resolve title exceptions and deficiencies.
• Serve as ELT administrator for systems and vendors.
