HashWhales invites a Sales Representative to grow its client base across managed IT, cybersecurity, and web/software engineering services. You will manage inbound audits and quotes through close, building relationships with local businesses across the DMV.

You will own the pipeline from first contact to signed proposal, leverage HubSpot for CRM, research prospects, and coordinate with engineers to scope accurate proposals. This remote-friendly role rewards strong follow-up and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally selling technical or professional services.
• Ability to explain IT support, cybersecurity, or web development to small business owners.
• Strong follow-up discipline; many deals close after multiple touches.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads from audits and quote requests.
• Run discovery calls to understand IT, security, or web needs and map to service tiers.
• Own the pipeline from first contact through signed proposal, using CRM data to track and prioritize follow-ups.
• Represent HashWhales at local business events and networking opportunities across the DMV.
• Work with the engineering team to scope accurate, honest proposals — no overselling what we can deliver.
• Report pipeline status and close rates back to the founder weekly.
