Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and proficient with personal computers and databases.
• Ability to interpret statutes, policies and procedures and apply them accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions and communicate DMV policies, procedures and regulations.
• Issue IDs and process driver, vehicle, and registration related applications.
• Administer DMV tests and assist with related services; provide training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and work well under peak workloads.
