The role requires a minimum of 10 years in retail management, with 1–3 years in multi-unit settings preferred. High School diploma or GED is required; a college degree in business is preferred. Travel is extensive, up to 95% across locations, with work hours to support business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for area staffing, development, and performance management.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across a wide store network.
• Lead by example with clear goals, accountability, and effective communication.
• Build a strong leadership team through hiring and coaching of store management.
• Analyze financial reports, P&L, and inventory to improve profitability.
• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure standards and controls across regions.
• Travel 95% across locations; may require weekend work based on business needs.
