Qualifications
- 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; basic math skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
- Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
- Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
- Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting)
