Job summary

KKR's Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Director, Divisional Sales Manager to lead a team of 11-15 RVPs, driving fixed indexed annuity, LTC, RILA, and alternatives sales through broker-dealer partners. This role reports to the Head of Sales and requires executive presence and change-management leadership.

The position emphasizes adoption of AI, data tools, and sales systems to boost productivity and results, with extensive travel and a focus on scalable sales processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services.
• 5+ years managing sales teams.
• Expert knowledge of fixed index annuities, RILA, LTC, and alternatives.
• Series 6 or 7 and 63 required (may be required to get series 7 & 24).
• Executive presence; strong presenter who can command a room.
• Proven ability to adopt and drive adoption of AI, CRM, data tools, and sales enablement technology.
• Track record of leading change management with tenured or change-resistant teams.
• Strong ethics and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, manage, and lead a team of 11-15 RVPs to drive sales.
• Set clear expectations, coach strengths and gaps, and drive sales production.
• Travel 70–80% of the time, including ride-alongs and events.
• Drive adoption of AI, data analytics, and sales enablement tech to scale sales.
