Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a senior Sales Director to oversee all sales activities in the division. You will staff and direct a sales team, shape plans to expand the customer base, and contribute to training programs for clients and Account Representatives.

The role requires 7+ years in sales management, willingness to travel at least 50%, and deep experience with enterprise software solutions and Supplier Relationship Management; compensation ranges from $134,000 to $201,000 annually

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years in sales management with people leadership.
Willing to travel at least 50% for business purposes.
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market.
Provide pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins.
Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to improve performance.
Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
