Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a seasoned sales leader to oversee development and performance of all sales activities in the division. Lead and staff a team, drive profitability and growth in line with company vision.

Build strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to client training programs for Account Representatives. Responsibilities include developing business and pricing plans, marketing initiatives, reporting, and mentoring staff to maximize performance and morale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience managing people in a sales management role.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time (within state and out of state).
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market and penetrate new markets.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing on pricing/proposals while maintaining profit margins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports by Account Representatives.
• Create and present proposals and RFP responses; assist with proposals.
• Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to improve communications and performance.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
