Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations professional to scale AIS footprint and run business operations. You will partner across software, hardware, Finance, and G&A to unpack problems and build scalable solutions for site expansions and program execution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. You will lead operational projects end-to-end, conduct rapid analyses, and coordinate with multiple teams to drive profitable programs while supporting

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with comfort translating operational problems into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership or large cross-functional groups.
• Must be a U.S. Person who with the ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
• Execute analyses on short timelines to get answers quickly, while also owning more scalable solutions.
• Project manage across many stakeholders and wrangle cross-functional communications.
• Work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more.
• Set up structures and processes that enable the Division to scale our people and footprint.
