Rosendin is seeking a Division Manager to lead divisional functions and own the P&L for the unit. You will plan, staff, supervise, and develop a robust annual business plan aligned with company goals and revenue targets.

Manage cash flow, project status, and cross-functional coordination with PMs and Business Development to ensure profitable outcomes. The role requires advanced construction knowledge, a proven management track record on complex projects, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish division objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration and performance management.
• Create an annual business plan with an operating budget aligning with revenue goals.
• Ensure positive cash-flow position for the division.
• Maintain knowledge of project status and coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development.
• Monitor quantity and quality of division work.
• Select/assign project team members based on experience and project needs.
• Maintain interface with General/Area Superintendent regarding resources, safety, and cost at completion.
• Interface with finance on revenue recognition, claims, and site support.
