Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery for multiple electrical construction projects. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of project financials are essential. This role involves travel and field-or-office coordination across project sites.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise staff and multiple Project Managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise PMs in company systems and philosophy.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders and cost reporting.
• Maintain logs to track project progress and finance.
