Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Division Manager to oversee all divisional functions, drive profitability, and manage P&L for a major organizational unit. The role demands advanced construction knowledge, strong project leadership, and strategic budgeting across multiple projects.

The candidate will lead staffing, performance management, and collaboration with Finance and Business Development to ensure successful, profitable outcomes and high customer satisfaction on high-profile nationwide projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish division objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate policy
• Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration and reviews
• Create annual business plan with unit budget aligned to revenue and profitability goals
• Ensure positive cash-flow position for the division
• Maintain knowledge of project status and promote a win-win attitude with Project Managers; coordinate with Business Development Group
• Monitor quantity and quality of work; assign project team members based on experience and needs
• Interface with General/Area Superintendent on field resources, QC, safety, and close-out costs
• Coordinate with finance on revenue recognition, claims, and job-site support
