Job summary

This role requires 5+ years of leadership in industrial or technical services, strong financial acumen, and a passion for accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Experience growing a business unit or service organization.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall growth, operational performance, and profitability of the division.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and scale the business within the local market.
• Lead daily operations while building processes, structure, and capabilities that support future growth.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team across technical, administrative, sales, and operational functions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, using performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Partner with Sales and other teams to strengthen customer relationships, expand existing business, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, resources, and operational priorities to support short- and long-term objectives.
• Drive performance across quality, safety, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and strong execution.
• Partner with corporate leadership and other JM Test Systems locations to execute company initiatives and support broader organizational growth.
