JM Test Systems LLC is seeking a Division Manager to own a location’s growth, profitability, and day-to-day operations. You will align people, safety, and quality with strategy to scale the business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive KPI-based improvements, and partner with sales to expand revenue. A strong financial background and people development track record are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience in an industrial, technical service, manufacturing, calibration, or similar environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and build the people, processes, and structure needed to scale.
• Experience developing employees, coaching performance, and building accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth, operational performance, and profitability of the division.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and margins.
• Lead daily operations and build processes and structures to support growth.
• Coach and lead a high-performing team across functions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
• Partner with Sales to expand existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and staffing to support objectives.
• Drive quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and strong execution.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and other locations on initiatives.
