Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a Director of Operations to unify our locations into a single scalable operation. You will restructure processes, integrate acquisitions, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction across labs, rental floors, and field sites.

You will collaborate with the CRO, Marketing, and division managers to sharpen pricing, expand services, and build the operational foundation for growth. Strong leadership and data-driven strategy are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is required.
• Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations with P&L accountability.
• Track record of standardizing and scaling multi-location businesses, incl. acquisitions.
• Strong business and financial insight with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Standardize operations across locations to create scalable, consistent processes.
• Lead integration of acquired businesses into the JM Test Systems operating model.
• Deliver EBITDA and revenue growth through pricing, service offerings, and cost control.
• Grow market share with strategy, partnerships, and brand visibility.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
