Job summary

Waste Pro USA Houston division is seeking a Division Manager to lead support, accounting and operations at a single division. You will drive revenue growth, staff development and act as the end-of-line manager for all division functions, interacting with municipal staff and external customers.

The role requires 3–5 years in general or district management, P&L, budgeting, and strong leadership to meet annual goals across the division, region, and corporation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Oversee client support and relations with municipal staff.
• Meet with Regional VP to review performance and goals.
• Mentor and develop staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee recruitment with HR and onboarding.
• Develop and monitor division budget and annual objectives.
• Identify cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Implement and oversee special projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
