Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5 years of management or supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• CDL license and DOT Medical Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all accounting functions including fiduciary, purchasing, budget, forecast and financial planning.
• Manage client support matters and regular meetings with Regional VP.
• Develop and maintain relationships with managers, drivers, helpers, mechanics and office staff.
• Mentor and develop staff by overseeing department managers for policy compliance.
• Oversee recruitment efforts with HR for exempt and nonexempt personnel.
• Develop and review budgets; analyze yearly projections.
• Identify cost savings plans and implement initiatives.
• Oversee special projects and process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with municipal staff for future growth.
