Job summary

Waste Pro in Gibson, Louisiana seeks an experienced Division Manager to lead accounting and operations for a single division and drive revenue growth. You will mentor staff and serve as the end-of-line manager for division activities, ensuring alignment with regional goals and company policy.

You will build rapport with municipal staff, customers and field teams, collaborate with the Regional Vice President on budgets and yearly objectives, and oversee recruitment, cost savings and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage client support and relationship with municipal staff.
• Meet with Regional VP to discuss progress and goals.
• Lead recruitment and staff development with HR support.
• Develop cost-saving plans and annual initiatives.
• Identify process and control improvements and oversee special projects.
