Job Summary and Qualifications

The Division Director of Facility Management (DDFM) provides technical and project support for facility management within an assigned division, requiring residence within the geographical region. Responsibilities include site visits, working directly with local teams, managing infrastructure, staffing, projects, and developing future leaders. Extensive knowledge of hospital facilities maintenance, FacilitiGroup standards, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality
  • Regular site visits and campus reviews.
  • Implement and monitor CMMS and compliance programs.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Review infrastructure and capital requests, oversee projects, and evaluate vendor performance.
Service
  • Support facilities during emergencies or staffing shortages.
  • Assist with project oversight and infrastructure issues.
People
  • Collaborate with teams on operational efficiency and staff development.
Growth
  • Develop department practices and evaluate performance annually.
Finance
  • Manage infrastructure budgets and vendor oversight.
Other
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adhere to the Code of Conduct and organizational values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 7 years of facility management experience in an acute care setting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Master’s degree, PE, CHFM, or CHE credentials are a plus.
