Position Summary: Lead and manage the division in line with company strategy, including P&L management, sales leadership, coaching, and development of branch teams. Oversee performance, compliance, collections, recruitment, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

Operations
  • Communicate vision and goals to team members.
  • Manage financial performance using analytics.
  • Ensure operational procedures and compliance with laws.
  • Oversee branch locations, including site selection and maintenance.
  • Provide sales leadership and coaching.
Marketing
  • Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to increase market share.
Leadership
  • Develop skills of team members and lead recruitment and retention.
  • Visit branches regularly to assess operations and staff.
  • Collaborate with other directors to strengthen the division.
Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and policies, working with quality specialists to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Operational experience in multi-site settings, P&L management, leadership, and sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of policies, laws, and Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:

Standing/sitting for long periods, light lifting, driving, travel, typing, and availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Competencies:

Customer commitment, vision-driven, action-oriented, team building, purpose-driven, leadership, sales management.

Travel:

Extensive, over 50% of the time.

Attire:

Business casual or company logo apparel.
